Manufactured of coated fabric, the Reciflex® solutions have proven their reliability and precision on millions of vehicles and in many industrial applications.

Main assets of the Reciflex® diaphragms are:

  • sensitive operating due to lack of friction even in difficult conditions,
  • great reliability thanks to the use of coated fabric,
  • economical conception as there is no requirement for maintenance,
  • optimal lifetime.

    Construction
    The Reciflex® diaphragms are made of fabric coated on both sides with elastomer. These shaped diaphragms are formed under pressure and heat.
    The form of the Reciflex® diaphragms allows a better stroke in comparison to flat diaphragms.

    Material
    Due to the different application conditions and to the static, dynamic, chemical and thermal
    influences, EFFBE proposes a large range of materials and material combination.

    • Flat diaphragms allow pressure on both sides. They can be developed in Reciflex® coated fabric, with fabric reinforcement or only rubber.

    Used for sealing function, the dish shaped diaphragms can be designed of coated fabric Reciflex®, fabric reinforced, rubber sole or with barrier foil (PTFE, PI).

    Convoluted diaphragms are used for regulation, dosing, measure, control and valve functions. These diaphragms are liquid, air and gas-proof.
    They can be developed in Reciflex® coated fabric, with fabric reinforcement or only rubber.

    Rolling diaphragms allow to exert pressure only on the moulding. They are developed according to your needs in Reciflex® coated fabric, with fabric reinforcement or only rubber.

    EFFBE is also specialized in design and production of elastomer parts with insert.
    The carrying out of elastomeric parts with insert must be of high precision, that is why EFFBE uses and develops the most suitable materials in order to get a perfect contact between the elastomer and the insert.
    Effbe’s diaphragms with insert are mainly designed for fluid control application.
